iHeartMedia, Inc., formerly known as CC Media Holdings, Inc., is an American mass media corporation headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. It is the parent company of iHeartCommunications, Inc.

(formerly Clear Channel Communications, Inc.). Founded in 1972, it was taken private by Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners in a leveraged buyout in 2008.

The company specializes in radio broadcasting, podcasting, digital, and live events, owning more than 850 AM and FM radio stations in the U.S. It also operates the digital platform iHeartRadio. iHeartMedia is the largest owner of radio stations in the United States and leads the audio industry in analytics and attribution technology. iheartradio is tagged under audio.
