Ed Winters, known as Earthling Ed, is a vegan educator, public speaker, and content creator from England, born on April 16, 1991. He has given speeches at numerous universities, including Ivy League colleges and TEDx events, and co-authored books on veganism.

Ed is recognized for his calm and rational approach to debates and discussions. He also opened Unity Diner, a non-profit vegan restaurant in London, and co-founded Surge Sanctuary, a home for rescued animals.
